  • for customer acquisition sales role for consulting services and offerings for Europe region with a focus on NORDICS region.
  • for end-to-end sales cycle (prospecting to contracting) responsibility
  • to expand on instituted partnership & alliances for software services / software products for customer acquisition
  • to qualify and manage inquiries, identify and understand business needs, and create new business opportunities within the assigned territory.


This is a quota-carrying position with focus on generating an opportunity pipeline for the Sales & Pre-sales teams through GDPR compliant outreach, partnerships joint got to market, digital marketing and similar channels.

Primary responsibility will be outbound prospecting, qualifying new leads, generating interest to uncover Sales Ready opportunities, working with presales teams to structure engagements, Contracting and hand over to Delivery for successful closure of engagements



This profile requires:

  • Ownership of targets and end-to-end handling of leads / opportunities and customer relationship.
  • Development of a complete Business Development plan, build and execute strategies in alignment with corporate goals and ambitions for the region .
  • Build action plans in alignment with stakeholders internal/external to define, deliver and sustain customer engagements.
  • Build new networks in the enterprise market for target industry domains
  • Build relationships with customer decision makers including CXOs
  • Ability to manage multiple internal stakeholders - Sales, Presales, Marketing and Alliances for regional growth
  • Ability to achieve sales targets between USD 4 Million to USD 6 million as individual contributor



Must have:

  • At least 8-10 yrs. demonstrable success with enterprise software consulting services sales experience preferably with SCM, Analytics, Cloud, Commerce solutions in Consumer, Retail, Life Science/ Pharma, Manufacturing customers
  • Fluency in business communications in English
  • Demonstrable experience in engaging with senior executives and decision makers
  • Experience of working with global and offshore teams
  • Ability to travel up to 60% of time within Europe and as required, globally
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree / MBA
  • Previous experience in a global team environment.
  • A proven track record of sales success, and building relationships.
