We are seeking an Administrator to work along with our awesome holiday programme team who provide care for up to 50 children/ day (aged 5y/o -12y/o) during Holidays. Our programme operates during Term Breaks - Monday – Friday from 8.00am to 6.00pm. The successful applicant will work an average of 30 hours per month organising the programme (activities & outings), staffing (employment, rostering, …) , invoicing, bookings and general administrative duties. This role involves flexible hours and work from home. You must: - be reliable - be a strong team player & self motivated - understand the legalities of working with children - have solid proven organisational skills - be computer literate and comfortable using operating software as part of the required tools to execute your duties. - have excellent planning & time management skills - have excellent communication skills (written & verbal). You will be reporting to a committee composed of volunteer parents who will assist and help whenever is required. Previous experience working in similar programs would be a plus or, alternatively, you will have previous experience as coordinator, HR manager, office manager, etc… Cromwell Kids Fun Club is committed to Child Protection and the safeguarding of children and young people in our care and we expect all staff to operate in a way that reflects this intent.
