Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced AEM/Adaptive Forms Developer to help design, implement, and manage adaptive forms and document processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with AEM Forms and a strong background in software development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain adaptive forms using AEM Forms 6.4/6.5/Cloud.
• Implement document creation and delivery processes, including data acquisition, formatting, print, electronic delivery, archival, and fulfillment.
• Design and configure AEM Document Services, including Output, Doc Assurance (Encryption, Reader Extension, Signature), Assembler, and Document Security.
• Utilize LiveCycle Designer to create forms and establish rules for document workflows.
• Configure AEM Forms for deployment and ensure post-installation readiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of IT experience.
• 9+ years of architecture experience with AEM assets/sites (versions 6.4/6.5/Cloud and AEM as Cloud Service).
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with AEM Forms (adaptive forms, adaptive documents, correspondence management).
• 8+ years of software development experience on the Java/J2EE platform as it relates to AEM.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, REST API, JSON, XML, PDF, and databases.
• Solid understanding of content repositories and their management.
• Excellent logical and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated client delivery focus with a proactive "Can do-will do" attitude.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with automated workflows and interactive communication design.
• Experience with document archival and imaging processes.
