JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Key Responsibilities:

· Research and Development of Psychometric Framework: Lead the original investigation into psychometric models, designing a framework that assesses career readiness through scientific principles of measurement, validity, and reliability.

· AI Integration and Model Design: Apply advanced AI techniques, such as natural language processing and machine learning, to enhance the test framework’s ability to analyze datasets and generate insights on career readiness.

· Prototype Development: Design and prototype a scientific tool that integrates AI and psychometric findings. This tool will facilitate accurate assessment of career readiness and offer tailored insights for career planning, improving upon existing methods.

· Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed R&D documentation, including methodologies, findings, and insights, ensuring the work contributes to a broader understanding of psychometric testing and career readiness assessment.

Qualifications:

· Education: Master’s in Psychometrics, Data Science, Mass Communication, AI, Applied Mathematics, or a related field in natural or applied science.

· Experience:

o Proven experience in conducting research and development activities related to psychometrics, AI, or data science.

o Hands-on experience in AI or machine learning techniques, especially in developing predictive models and working with datasets.

o Familiarity with career readiness frameworks, assessment design, or educational technology.

· Technical Skills:

o Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages, with experience in AI/ML frameworks.

o Strong understanding of psychometric principles, including test validity, reliability, and the construction of assessment tools.

o Experience with statistical analysis and handling datasets.

· Research Skills: Demonstrated ability to carry out original R&D investigations with the goal of producing new knowledge or technological advancement in AI or psychometric testing.

· Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to resolve scientific and technical uncertainty, pushing the boundaries of what is known in career readiness assessment.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience with research methodologies for psychometric test development.

· Knowledge of advanced AI techniques, including natural language processing (NLP) and deep learning.

· Familiarity with cloud platforms for data analysis and AI model deployment.
