We are seeking a highly skilled AI and Automation Engineer to spearhead the development of our on-premise AI systems. This role involves testing cutting-edge AI models, and architecting an agent-based framework to optimize task management and execution. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of expertise in AI, systems engineering, and automation, with a focus on developing solutions that enhance our operational efficiencies in the audio and music industry.

This job can be on premise in our Berlin office, hybrid, or remote – however the candidate needs to be eligible for employment status in Germany.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish, configure, and maintain a high-performance on-premise infrastructure tailored for AI model deployment and testing.
• Evaluate and experiment with a variety of AI models to determine the best fit for our strategic initiatives.
• Architect and implement an agent-based framework to dynamically allocate and manage tasks across specialized AI models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and integrate innovative AI-driven applications that support our strategic goals in the audio domain.
• Continuously monitor system performance, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and security across all deployed solutions.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• AI and Machine Learning: Proficient with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with deploying models in on-premise environments. Familiarity with contemporary AI models is highly desirable.
• On-Premise Infrastructure Management: Proven experience in setting up and maintaining software for AI applications.
• Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, with experience in scripting for automation and system integrations. Knowledge of other programming languages is a plus.
• Automation Expertise: Proven ability in automating workflows and managing data processing using web automation tools.
• Data Handling: Proficient with SQL and database management. Capable of handling unstructured data and integrating it into structured formats.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design and implement efficient AI-driven solutions.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with multi-task AI architectures and integrating various models into cohesive workflows.
• Familiarity with platforms for managing AI systems in an on-premise setting.
• Experience with audio data processing and analysis in the context of the music industry is a plus.
