Job Title: AI Engineer(US Citizens Only)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models for a variety of applications, including predictive analytics, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and recommendation systems.
Work with large datasets, utilizing advanced data processing and feature engineering techniques to build robust AI models.
Implement algorithms and optimize machine learning models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI models into production systems and workflows.
Apply state-of-the-art AI techniques, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, and unsupervised learning, to solve real-world business problems.
Develop tools, frameworks, and APIs for easier consumption of AI models by internal teams or external clients.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI research and technologies, applying them to improve our AI solutions.
Conduct experiments to test model performance and validate results in a real-world context.
Document model development processes, including methodologies, assumptions, and results.
Contribute to the training and development of the broader team on AI best practices and tools.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
Experience in AI/ML development, including designing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, and XGBoost.
Knowledge of data processing techniques, including data wrangling, feature extraction, and dimensionality reduction.
Experience working with large datasets and using distributed computing tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms (e.g., supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning) and deep learning architectures (e.g., CNNs, RNNs, transformers).
Proficiency in cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) for deploying AI models at scale.
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and computational complexity.
Ability to analyze and interpret complex data, as well as communicate findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for developing innovative AI solutions.
Federal Experience is a plus.
