Required Skills: (must have)

• Proficiency with AI/ML Frameworks: Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face for building and fine-tuning models.

• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs): Hands-on experience with transformers, GPT-based models, or BERT, including fine-tuning, training, and deployment in production environments.

• Prompt Engineering Expertise: Deep understanding of prompt engineering, including optimizing and adapting inputs to AI systems for improved model outputs.

• Programming Skills: Advanced proficiency in Python, with experience in using libraries such as NumPy, pandas, and Scikit-learn for AI development.

• API Development and Integration: Experience in developing, testing, and integrating RESTful APIs to interface AI models with other services.

• Data Processing: Ability to handle and preprocess large datasets for training and evaluation of machine learning models.

• Automated Testing and Validation: Familiarity with test-driven development for AI systems, using tools such as PyTest, unittest, or similar frameworks to automate model validation.

• Model Deployment and CI/CD: Knowledge of deploying AI models into production environments using CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Cloud Platforms: Proficiency with cloud services such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, specifically for AI/ML model hosting, distributed computing, and scalability.

• Version Control: Solid experience with Git for code versioning and collaboration.
