Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented university student to manage our Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) store. This is a remote, project-based position lasting 6 months, with the potential for ongoing work. As the KDP Store Manager, you will oversee the production and launch of a 10-book series, working closely with a team of writers, editors, and graphic designers to ensure the project’s success.
Responsibilities:
Training and Development:
Follow a coaching program with a six-figure publisher from Fiction Profits Academy.
Watch coaching videos and attend live sessions (conducted in PST).
Team Coordination:
Manage and coordinate a team of writers, editors, and graphic designers.
Oversee the creation, editing, and design of each book in the series.
Project Management:
Plan and execute the successful launch of a 10-book series on Amazon KDP.
Track project milestones and provide regular progress updates during weekly “heartbeat” meetings.
Revenue Sharing:
Receive 5% of profits from the project’s earnings for its duration.
What We’re Looking For:
Current university student with strong organizational and communication skills.
Interest in publishing, project management, or creative industries.
Ability to work independently and attend live sessions in PST.
Comfortable using remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Workspace, project management software).
Previous experience with Amazon KDP or similar platforms is a plus but not required.
