Role: Lead Analytics Engineer (Data Analysis + Web analytics + SQL + PYTHON + Abode cloud suite) Location: Remote Duration: Long Term Contract 7+ years experience is required. Web Analyst Justification:  Supporting eComm scorecard and Cart testing Responsibilities: Lead web analytics projects, delivering impactful insights to key stakeholders. Analyze and present web performance data (tests, campaigns, RCA) to leadership on a weekly basis, focusing on traffic and e-commerce conversions. Design and analyze A/B experiments, owning the test readouts and results. Conduct ad-hoc analyses to understand customer behavior, trends, and data discrepancies using Adobe Experience Cloud Suite (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Experience manager, etc.) Build and manage data pipelines and reporting solutions, primarily based on Adobe Analytics clickstream data. Create and maintain data sets for investigative analyses and scalable reporting solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and consistency. Required Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred). 3 years of relevant experience in analytics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. · Proficiency in SQL and handling large data sets. Experience with Databricks, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Posit, and GitHub is a plus. Ability to stitch, calibrate, and control the quality of data from multiple sources. Strong communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights. Self-starter with the ability to overcome organizational challenges while staying focused on goals. Preferred Skills: Web analytics experience. Expertise in designing and analysing A/B tests. Proficiency in Adobe Analytics Workspace, Target, and clickstream data. Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI. Familiarity with data science, machine learning, and statistical modelling. Experience with Python, R, and SQL.
