Position Summary
Contributes to product strategy by leading the development and enhancement of digital products or services. Conducts market research, collaborates with cross-functional teams, designs user experiences, and oversees the product development lifecycle. Applies expertise in user-centric design, agile methodologies, and market trends to help drive the success of digital products and ensure they meet customer needs and expectations.
What you will do:
Helps establish and implement enhanced user experiences and digital product governance policies and standards.
Designs systems to translate business needs and client needs into digital strategies and products that support clients.
Defines the product vision, capabilities and priorities, and roadmap internally and externally.
Determines opportunities for future digital products and client growth through gap analyses and client relationship analyses.
Directs individuals to develop digital products from start to finish based on client requirements.
Develops complex programs that elicit and elaborate requirements and provide management with a solutions strategy point of view and recommendations.
Delivers findings and reports to senior management and to the broader organization, influencing upwards and laterally to drive organizational change and alignment.
Assists management in coaching and providing regular, timely feedback to develop departmental capabilities and ensure the delivery of exceptional services.
Establishes departmental objectives and analytical priorities that guide team members and ensure the quality and accuracy of deliverables.

Required Qualifications
3+ years work experience
Preferred Qualifications
Adept at problem solving and decision making skills
Certified Product Manager (CPM) preferred.
Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate preferred
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$101,970.00 - $203,940.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
