The company recently acquired a £multi-million credit card portfolio and, under the strategic leadership of a new CEO, are set for substantial growth in 2025. Their vision is to offer innocvstive consumer finance solutions in partnership with leading consumer brands. With around 200 employees, including 70 across tech, the engineering team continue to grow across Back-End and as a priority, Mobile. About You Experience developing B2C Android apps - ideally using Kotlin Experience with the likes of Coroutines, Koin, Flows etc UI experience with either Compose/SwiftUI An eye for design - initial focus will be working closely with design team to improve user experience (Figma/Sketch) Automation testing experience (Although separate QA team present, engineers write their own scripts) Managed apps across Google Play Console What’s in It for You Opportunity to work alongside several teams who are advocate best practice and clean code architecture Separate AI team slowly introducing new features Be part of a collaborative, inclusive team with mentorship opportunities Work alongside a mix of contract and permanent individuals, all whom take pride in the level of code shipped.
