Job Title: API Developer (FACETS experience) Location: Remote Duration: 6-12 months PLUS Contract: C2C ALL INCLUSIVE (Only GC & Citizens) Interview Process: 1 Video prep call & then client video interview REQUIRED to complete a video prep call with SSG VP prior to client video interview. NO EXCEPTIONS. Client video interview. Will be roughly 45 minutes in duration. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE MINIMUM 7+ YEARS of Health plan experience (those who have recently worked at a BLUES plan will receive highest consideration and is preferred, though not required) API Development experience MS Azure Suite (client uses Microsoft) JOB DESCRIPTION Develop the API’s, Pulling over the data from their Symplr system and put into the client’s environment. The ability to write clear, readable, and testable code that is concise and well-documented and conforms to industry standards and best practices. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure API functionality aligns with business goals and provide clear documentation for API Users. Proficient in the programming languages such as C#, JAVA, Python, .NET, should have FACETS knowledge as well. Experience with using API tools like Postman. Experience with databases and SQL. Skilled with Database Management systems, including: Relational Databases: Microsoft Azure Suite; SQL Server/Azure SQL Database, SQL Managed Instance, Azure Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL NoSQL Databases: Conversant with modern, web friendly, fast, NoSQL databases Job Type: Contract Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Compensation Package: 1099 contract Schedule: 8 hour shift Work Location: Remote
