Job Description:
Troubleshooting and resolving issues: Identifying and solving issues in critical business systems
Collaborating with teams: Working with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical problems.
Maintaining documentation: Creating and maintaining technical documentation for the application
Testing and deployment: Participating in testing and deployment of new application releases.
Staying updated: Keeping up with the latest industry trends and technologies
Training end-users: Conducting training sessions for end-users on system functionalities.
Monitoring applications:
Monitoring software applications for errors and bugs
Ensuring compliance:
Ensuring compliance with security and data protection policies
Experience as a DevOps engineer or in a similar software engineering role
Proficiency with Git and GitHub workflows
Working knowledge of databases and SQL
Problem-solving attitude
Collaborative team spirit
Mandatory Skills:
linux, unix, sql queries and operations/monitoring tools like splunk, appdynamics etc
