Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Development Tech Lead Analyst for its Irving, TX location.
Duties: Develop software solutions to support and manage financial reporting applications and product control functions. Perform all stages of software development from requirement gathering through the development process to production support including design, development, implementation, and testing. Design data architecture, reusable components, and reports to meet business requirements. Migrate applications to new environments and perform end-to-end testing while also translating business requirements into technical specifications. Design and create complex database structures for enterprise applications. Monitor system performance by performing regular tests, troubleshooting, and integrating new features. Create technical change and supporting documentation, such as metadata and diagrams of entity relationships, business processes, and process flow. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Applications, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or in a related IT occupation performing application development activities within the information technology industry. Six (6) years of experience must include: Collaborating with platform and data engineers on the development of solutions and enhancements; Designing database architecture using Erwin Data Modeler, Toad and SQL-developer to provide data solutions; Creating data flow, conceptual, logical, and physical data models as per business requirements; Designing and developing large scale data warehousing applications and generic ETL frameworks utilizing SQL, PL/SQL, and other ETL frameworks; Designing and developing configuration based ETL frameworks using Spark and Python; and Performing in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards to resolve high-impact problems/projects including automation of regulatory reports, management reports, consent order programs, optimizing high-volume data processing to meet SLA requirements and business transformation for reporting maintenance including rules, metadata, and processes. 40 hrs./wk.
