The role revolves around the IT industry, focusing on the development and administration of Archer modules. Responsibilities: • Developing and managing Archer modules like Risk Management, Compliance Management, and Audit Management • Using technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills to efficiently resolve issues and improve systems • Working independently and showing self-motivation in handling tasks and responsibilities • Communicating effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and address concerns • Applying knowledge of GRC concepts and industry regulations to translate business needs into technical solutions • Demonstrating experience with Agile methodologies, design patterns, and best practices for application development • Employing Android Development, Atlassian Jira, Backend Development, Bug Tracking, C++, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, API Development, ASP.NET, CSS, and Archer eGRC skills • Integrating with other management tools to streamline operations and improve productivity • Exhibiting excellent problem-solving skills, research capabilities, and follow-up skills • Ensuring the maintenance of accurate customer credit records and the efficient processing of customer credit applications. • A minimum of 5 years of detail-oriented experience in the field is required • Proficiency in Android Development is essential • Must have hands-on experience with Atlassian Jira • Demonstrated expertise in Backend Development is mandatory • Familiarity with Bug Tracking systems and processes is needed • Strong knowledge of C++ programming language is required • Experience with AB Testing is a must • Previous work in Agile Scrum environments is necessary • Proven experience in API Development is needed • Proficiency in ASP.NET is essential • Must have a strong understanding of CSS • Experience with Archer eGRC and RSA Archer is beneficial
