Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Archer GRC Developer with expertise in configuring and developing RSA Archer GRC solutions in on-premises environments. The ideal candidate will design, develop, test, and deploy Archer applications while serving as a subject matter expert. You will collaborate with Business Analysts, System Architects, and Project Managers to deliver robust and scalable risk management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and document technical solutions for Archer applications.
Develop and oversee complex programs and modules, ensuring high-quality standards.
Lead system testing, including defect resolution and load testing coordination.
Deploy and support Archer configurations in production environments.
Create prototypes, technical documentation, and system workflows.
Mentor team members and ensure adherence to development timelines.
Ensure system changes align with project goals and mitigate risks during execution.
Requirements:
Strong hands-on experience with the RSA Archer GRC platform (on-premises).
Proficiency in designing and developing Archer solutions, including custom objects, data feeds, and integrations.
