Project Description / Business Driver This project is a data migration project from one production database to another  
The Work

• Migrate data from One Prod DB to another…
• These are Live DBs – using them 100% today
• They cannot be "messed with" in the Production Environment 
• No one can work on them during the business day  therefore, 
  • The actual migration needs to happen at night
• Team is building a "Migration Engine" 
• They are orchestrating all the data within ALL Tables and their associated Columns to an offset
• 3-4 million users going to 18-20 million users

Hiring Manager is in San Diego Hours are 8:00a CST… they have offshore team too – who is available until 10:30a EST or so
