ECS is seeking a Atlassian Solutions Developer to work remotely. ECS is currently seeking an organized, detailed oriented, and supportive Atlassian Solutions Developer to join our team! This role will entail working closely with the Department of Homeland Security client to understand needs and pain-points, and administering, designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions within the Atlassian tool suite. Job responsibilities include: Developing solutions that extend the Atlassian platform, such as custom Confluence pages, Jira architecture, Atlassian an plugins, reporting, and user interfaces. Finding creative solutions to solve customer problems and implement them in web form applications Engaging with client to fully understand complex requirements to implement project setups and workflows Working closely with the client to gain trust, propose creative solutions, and get buy-in for design and implementation. Troubleshooting problems with users such as permission/security restrictions, notifications, workflows, etc Connecting with industry and channel resources to collaborate and bring innovative approaches to client work. Developing metrics dashboards and advanced filters to provide end-users and business leadership with meaningful operational/performance metrics and status reports. Planning, testing, and implementing upgrades and migrations for Atlassian tool suite. Installing, managing, and administering Atlassian add-ons, security schemes, extensions, and configurations. Identifying areas for process automation and designing/implementing solutions to improve efficiency and operations. Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 General Description of Benefits Requirements: High School Diploma or higher level of education completed 16+ years of experience Experience implementing and customizing Confluence and Jira pages Experience using Atlassian to support Portfolio level planning and delivery tracking Customer Service mindset and passion for helping users solve problems. Experience with using, installing, and configuring Atlassian Marketplace plugins (Portfolio, Structure, Advance Roadmaps, ScriptRunner, Insight, etc).
