Position: Avionics Hardware and Software Engineer Location: Boisbriand, QC (Hybrid - 3 Days Office & 2 Days WFH) Hire Type: Fulltime Job Description Design and develop avionics hardware and software systems, including communication, navigation, and flight control systems. Integrate hardware and software components to ensure seamless operation of avionics systems. Conduct rigorous testing and validation of avionics systems to ensure they meet safety and performance standards. Perform regular maintenance and implement upgrades to avionics systems to enhance performance and reliability. Create and maintain detailed documentation of designs, test procedures, and maintenance activities. Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, and Python. Strong understanding of avionics hardware components and systems. Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and embedded systems. Knowledge of aviation regulations and standards (e.g., DO-178C, DO-254).
