About the role
Leadbox is seeking a skilled Cloud Developer to join a team developing an ever improving codebase. This developer will be responsible for working on a team of developers to create, test, and optimize web applications for a distributed cloud environment. You will work closely with a development team to create new services as well as update legacy code to modern standards.
A few of your primary responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain Javascript and Typescript functions.
Create testable code to ensure the code behaves as expected. eg. Mocha, Chai or Jest.
Maintaining code changes in Git. eg. Bitbucket, Azure DevOps or Github.
Refactor existing code from C# to testable Javascript.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with cloud applications.
A few basic requirements
Proven experience working with Cloud Functions and Serverless environments.
Proven experience creating Javascript/Typescript based applications.
Solid understanding of SQL queries. MSSQL, MySQL, Maria.
Familiarity working with Event Driven Architecture and Serverless functions.
Experience working code testing. Ie. Unit, Integration, Functional, E2E.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
English proficiency (B2 or higher) for daily communication. MANDATORY
Able to develop ideas and processes and clearly express them.
Good problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Nice to have
Experience with Docker and containerization.
Experience with Linux and Bash.
Experience in an automotive or advertising-related tech environment.
Experience with C#.
