Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cloud Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure while ensuring optimal performance and security. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs. Responsibilities Designing and implementing scalable, secure, and highly available cloud solutions on the Azure platform. Managing and monitoring cloud infrastructures to ensure optimal performance and cost-efficiency. Automating cloud deployments and configuration management using Azure DevOps, PowerShell, and ARM templates. Ensuring data protection and compliance with relevant laws and regulations through Azure security features. Collaborating with development teams to integrate cloud services into software applications. Conducting disaster recovery planning and implementing backup strategies to maintain data integrity. Optimizing resource utilization and implementing cost-saving measures. Staying current with Azure services updates and industry best practices to recommend improvements to existing architectures. Providing technical support and guidance to stakeholders on cloud-related issues. Developing and maintaining documentation for cloud architectures, procedures, and training materials. Facilitating the migration of legacy systems to the Azure cloud platform. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud services with business processes. Requirements Azure Architecture: Proficiency in designing and implementing Azure solutions. Azure DevOps: Experience with Azure DevOps services for CI/CD pipelines. Networking: Knowledge of virtual networks, VPNs, and load balancers. Security: Implementing and managing Azure security services (e.g., Azure Security Center). Automation: Skills in automating tasks using Azure CLI, PowerShell, and ARM templates. Azure Active Directory (AAD): Experience with managing identities and access. Monitoring: Proficiency with Azure Monitor and Application Insights. Backup and Recovery: Implementing Azure Backup and Site Recovery. Resource Management: Managing Azure resources and cost optimization. Storage Solutions: Knowledge of Azure Storage services (e.g., Blob, Table, Queue). Database Management: Experience with Azure SQL Database and Cosmos DB. Virtual Machines: Managing and configuring Azure Virtual Machines. Containerization: Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Docker. Serverless Computing: Skills in using Azure Functions and Logic Apps. Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proficiency in Terraform or Bicep. Compliance and Governance: Understanding of Azure Policy and Blueprints. Migration: Expertise in migrating on-premises workloads to Azure. Performance Tuning: Optimizing the performance of Azure services. Hybrid Cloud: Integrating on-premises environments with Azure (e.g., Azure Arc). Troubleshooting: Strong problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving Azure-related issues.
