In this role, you will play a pivotal part in securing our cloud infrastructure, applications, and processes. You will work on integrating robust security practices into their development lifecycle while continuously enhancing the security posture of the environment. Required Skills/Experience The ideal candidate will have the following: Extensive hands-on experience with Azure security tools (Sentinel, Defender, CheckOv, Qualys). Strong knowledge of Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and securing containerized environments. Proven track record of integrating security into CI/CD pipelines and SDLC processes. Deep understanding of vulnerability management, including classification, evaluation, and mitigation. Expertise in infrastructure security, network security, and application security. Familiarity with regulatory standards, risk assessments, and control implementations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to enhancing security practices. Job Responsibilities/Objectives Implement and maintain security practices across the SDLC, including Static Application Security Testing (SAST), Software Composition Analysis (SCA), and Container Security. Utilize tools like Azure Sentinel, Azure Defender, CheckOv, and Qualys to monitor and strengthen security operations. Assess and classify vulnerabilities, evaluate their impact on the environment, and implement mitigation strategies. Proactively identify and address security gaps across infrastructure, network, and applications to enhance the overall security posture. Provide expertise in AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service) to ensure secure containerized application deployments. Establish and enforce best practices for infrastructure security, network security, and application security. Understand and implement regulatory measures, risk management, and control frameworks to ensure compliance with industry standards.
