Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer to join our team on an equity basis. This is a unique opportunity for someone passionate about developing technology that impacts lives and ready to play a critical role in shaping Inlearna’s platform. As a core member of our team, you’ll work closely with our founder and frontend team to build, optimize, and scale our backend infrastructure. What You’ll Do Architect and Develop: Design and develop scalable backend infrastructure for our platform to support secure and reliable data management. Database Management: Establish and maintain efficient data storage, ensuring quick response times and data integrity. API Integration: Develop robust APIs to support seamless integration with frontend applications and third-party services. Optimize Performance: Enhance the platform’s performance, focusing on load times, security, and efficiency. Collaborate: Work with the frontend team to design and implement new features and updates, ensuring smooth user experience. Qualifications Technical Expertise: 3+ years of experience in backend development, ideally with languages and frameworks like Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or similar. Database Skills: Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL). API Development: Proven experience in creating and maintaining RESTful APIs. DevOps Skills: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.) and CI/CD processes. Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend systems.
