What You’ll Do: Design, build, and maintain efficient, scalable, and reliable backend services. Collaborate with stakeholders to architect and deliver new services from inception to deployment. Develop new features that provide significant value to customers. Work closely with engineering and product teams to align and deliver innovative solutions. Document technical processes for users to enhance their understanding and adoption of our services. Contribute to shaping our engineering culture, ensuring the highest engineering standards across the company. What We’re Looking For: 4+ years of experience as a backend Software Engineer. Expertise in Golang (strongly preferred). Experience in data engineering (highly desirable). Experience in Anti Money Laundering (AML) Required. A proven track record of delivering high-quality, production-level services and systems. A customer-centric mindset with a strong sense of empathy for users. Industry experience in banking, fintech, or domain expertise in fraud prevention or compliance.
