URGENT REQUIREMENT

BI Analyst/Developer

Remote contract position

MUST have Health Payer and Cognos report development experience.

A resource that will create reports, dashboards, files, etc. from existing and new data sources. Will update/edit existing. Must be able to perform adequate user testing and conduct UAT with customers.

This role requires:

• Business analyst to understand and work with customers to refine requirements
• Data discovery / research
• Report / Dashboard development
• Unit / QA / UAT skills
• Good documentation skills
• Diligent communication in ticketing system on assigned items
• Outstanding communications skills (to account for difficulties using Teams/calls)

Skills / Experience

• 3 5 years developing reports / dashboards required - most of this experience in Cognos reporting highly preferred
• 2 4 years with Oracle (data) preferred
• 2 4 years in California Health Plans preferred
• 3 -5 years SQL experience required
• Demonstrated ability to interact with team members to effectively on-board and coordinate workload / assignments
• Excellent documentation skills
