Title : Health Equity BI Developer

Location : 100% Remote-PACIFIC & CENTRAL ZONE CANDDIDATES ONLY

Must-Haves for the Role: They must reside in either the Pacific (preferably) or Central time zones.
***candidates must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills. We are looking for someone who is a very strong candidate and can effectively communicate in meetings and with stakeholders.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience required.
At least 2 years of experience as a BI Developer.
Experience in the healthcare domain is preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with Tableau and PowerBI for analytics visualization (Tableau experience is required).
Familiarity with data modelling and query logic, leveraging MS-SQL or similar programming languages.
Ability to extract, integrate, and analyze data from sources such as AllScripts SCM and Infinity databases.
Experience working with Oracle Health Cerner HealthAnalytics/Population Health platforms to access and analyse data.
Healthcare Data Expertise:
Competence with healthcare data sets, including clinical, administrative, financial, and operational data.
Familiarity with healthcare data standards such as ICD, CPT, HCPCS, LOINC, and SNOMED.
Communication Skills:
Strong ability to communicate effectively with both clinical and technical audiences.
Capacity to present and explain data analysis results, findings, and recommendations in a clear, relevant, and actionable manner.
