Role Description:

We are looking for outstanding Blockchain Developers to become part of our high-performing team of top-tier talent. In this full-time remote role, you'll engage in both client and internal projects, with a product-focused mentality. You'll build modern, efficient applications, ensuring they work seamlessly, while also embracing effective communication with clients and fellow team members. This role demands a proactive approach, allowing you to take charge of problem-solving and adapt to various responsibilities as necessary to achieve results.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and sustain high-quality, efficient applications.
• Work closely with clients to grasp their requirements and provide innovative solutions.
• Assess and offer feedback on pull requests submitted by team members.
• Aid in internal projects and workflows, prioritizing clean and efficient code.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and technologies, actively pursuing personal development and improvement.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with practical experience in frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
• Strong knowledge of Node.js, Next.js, Apollo, and the entire JavaScript ecosystem.
• Experience with EVMs, Solidity, Flow/Cadence, Solana/Metaplex, and Rust is a plus.
• Familiarity with Truffle, Hardhat, web3.js, ethers.js, and continuous integration practices.
• A strong enthusiasm for technology, a team-oriented mindset, and a commitment to fostering a positive team atmosphere.
