Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and strategic Business Developer to drive our efforts in securing contracts for security services related to parties, functions, festivals, and condominiums. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, excellent networking skills, and a passion for the security industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Development:
Identify and target potential clients, including event planners, property managers, and community organizations.
Conduct market research to understand client needs and identify opportunities for security services.
Relationship Building:
Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the events and property management sectors.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing tailored security solutions for their events and properties.
Proposal Creation:
Develop and present compelling proposals for security services, highlighting our unique offerings and value.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals meet client expectations.
Contract Negotiation:
Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure business agreements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards throughout the negotiation process.
Event Coordination:
Work closely with clients to assess their security needs for various events, including parties, functions, and festivals.
Coordinate logistics and staffing for events to ensure smooth execution.
Performance Analysis:
Monitor and evaluate the success of security operations at events and in condominiums.
Gather client feedback to refine service offerings and improve client satisfaction.
Networking and Promotion:
Attend industry events, trade shows, and community meetings to promote our security services and expand our network.
Utilize social media and other marketing channels to increase visibility and attract new clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the security or events industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
