What we will trust you with Sales conversion for existing customer and new leads Conduct outbound calls to promote our solutions and products (B2B) Handle incoming phone calls/emails and assist clients with their inquiries pertaining to company products and services (training will be provided) Maintain and update customer database Report to relevant Supervisor in charge for any issues Process orders from customers with proper documentation Work closely with Operations and Tech Support team to coordinate projects and accounts management Other ad hoc duties as assigned What it takes Diploma holder and above Minimum 2 years of work experience is preferred Experience in leasing/ event management/ IT sales would be an advantage Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Customer oriented and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively Proficient in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Attention to details This opportunity will empower you to not only develop your current skill set, but also provide you exposure to a Sustainable Technology Lifecycle Management world.
