Job Responsibilities:
Assist in conducting market research and analysis to create marketing initiatives for promoting the training programmes and learning activities to be offered.
Assist in managing sales, transition and delivery of the Centre’s training programmes and learning activities to be offered.
Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.
Develop and organize materials for the promotion of the training programmes and learning activities to be offered.
Produce marketing collaterals for various marketing channels.
Managing the database of clients and provide analysis and reports as and when required.
Maintain accurate records of clients’ contact base and perform effective database analysis.
Ensuring smooth onboarding process of new clients etc.
Assist in Finance report for incomes and expenditures incurred in the overseas ventures.
Assist in organization of events and campaigns.
Any other duties as assigned by immediate Supervisor and Executive Director.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Chinese, with a flair for negotiation, to liaise with Chinese-speaking associates
Possess good interpersonal and relationship building skills
Resourceful and attentive to details.
Relevant experience in Education industry will be an added advantage.
Competent in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Powerpoint.
May be required to undertake a few overseas business trips per year.
