Role Name: Business Development Lead - Fractional Location: Remote / Work from home Short Description: We are looking for a passionate, strategic, and results-driven Business Development Lead to drive growth, build strong partnerships, and support our expansion across multiple segments in Singapore. The Business Development Lead will work across four key areas: identifying new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, developing go-to-market strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment and success. Key Responsibilities: Define and execute a strategic business development plan to achieve market penetration and revenue targets. Identify, engage, and develop relationships with new clients (private clinic chains and hospitals in Singapore). Drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities and managing the sales pipeline. Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and competitors in the Healthcare AI space. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to tailor solutions that meet client needs. Act as a thought leader, contributing insights on patient engagement and education to shape client solutions and strategies. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets. Attend virtual/in-person industry events, webinars, and meetings to represent the company and network with potential leads. Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably with experience working with private clinics and hospitals. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of building lasting client relationships. Familiarity with sales of B2B SaaS solutions is highly desirable. Knowledge of Singapore’s healthcare ecosystem, including private clinic chains and hospitals. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with excellent time management and organizational skills. Understanding of patient engagement and education in healthcare is a plus.
