We are a mission-driven EdTech company expanding in Singapore. We need a Hunter to drive partnerships in the education space.
As we continue our growth in Singapore, we are looking for a driven Business Development professional with a strong hunter mindset to help us open doors and drive strategic partnerships.
The Opportunity
This role is open to experienced Business Development professionals with a passion for the education sector. You will lead outreach and partnership-building efforts within Singapore. Candidates with deeper experience may be considered for the Director-level appointment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow new business opportunities in Singapore’s education sector.
Drive prospecting, cold outreach, lead generation, and pitching.
Build and manage partnerships with schools, institutions, and education organizations.
Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Represent the company at industry events and networking activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions to client needs.
Requirements
Minimum 2 to 3 years of business development experience in the education sector.
Strong ability to initiate new partnerships and close deals.
Familiar with Singapore’s education landscape.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel for sales tracking and reporting.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is advantageous.
Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field preferred.
