Job Overview
As an SDR, you will generate new leads through cold calling, cold emailing, and leveraging your existing professional network. Success in this role depends on having a friendly, personable personality and building relationships—rather than being a pushy or aggressive salesperson. You will introduce businesses to our staffing solutions and the diverse roles we fill, while also offering IT solutions and business process services.
We are looking for individuals who are fluent in multiple languages. While English and French are key, fluency in other languages is a significant asset, helping us serve a diverse range of clients across various regions.

Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls and emails to engage new prospects.
Leverage your existing professional network to identify potential business opportunities.
Build relationships with prospects using a friendly and personable approach.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Sell staffing solutions for a wide variety of roles, including Customer Support, Virtual Assistants, Programmers, Database Administrators, Systems Administrators, Digital Marketing Specialists, and Sales Representatives.
Sell IT services and business process services in addition to staffing solutions.
Manage lead pipelines using CRM tools.
Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance targets
Requirements:
Experience in sales, telemarketing, cold calling, professional sales, staffing sales, or IT sales is an asset but not required.
Fluency in multiple languages is preferred, including but not limited to English and French.
Strong communication skills with a focus on building relationships.
Friendly and personable personality is a must; this is not a pushy or aggressive sales role.
Ability to leverage existing professional networks for new opportunities.
Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
You must have your own computer and smartphone to use our tools and manage your workload.
Proficiency with CRM software or sales tracking tools considered an asset.
Ability to make good notes.
Background in staffing, IT services, or business process services is an advantage but not mandatory.
Compensation:
100% commission-based role with perpetual commission for all clients brought in.
Competitive commission structure based on successful sales and lead conversions.
No cap on commissions—you earn what you close.
