Responsibilities: Identify growth opportunities, build relationships with influencers, affiliates, and crypto communities to enhance brand visibility for our mature exchange platform; Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for growth in the crypto industry; Work with marketing, product, and sales teams to launch campaigns that expand market share; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals and achieve business success; Monitor and assess industry trends and customer drivers and discuss strategies with team lead and stakeholders regularly; Requirements: A diploma or above, crypto exchange BD experience, and futures trading BD is mostly preferred; Understand local cryptocurrency policies and trends; Understand business etiquette, have a cheerful personality, good communication and negotiation skills; Have a deep understanding of cryptocurrency-related terms and trends, and enjoy crypto culture; Fluent in English and one of the local languages【CN,RU,VN,JP,KR】 to communicate with local counterparts Having the crypto derivatives channel / KOL resources in crypto industry are preferred Interested candidates may send their resumes to yifang@flamingorecruitment.com, or apply through the application system.
