Neuwo.ai is a pioneer in fast and efficient data classification. We are the market leader in contextual information processing in Finland and are rapidly expanding our presence across Europe. Our technology is based on proprietary IP and models developed using the LUMI supercomputer.

We offer SaaS solutions for publishers, advertising agencies, and brands, as well as project-based services for various business areas where AI solutions, data discoverability, and classification are central. 

We are now looking for a Business Director with strong expertise in the AdTech industry.

You should have experience with the most common SSP and DSP systems in the field. We seek someone who not only brings deep expertise but also a strong professional network. In this role, it is essential that you have established relationships with senior decision makers in media agencies, holding companies, and key players in the advertising and technology sectors.

Your ability to open doors, navigate complex organizations, and build trust at the highest levels will have a direct impact on our growth and market position. 

Our primary market is Europe, and our next step is expansion into the U.S. This position can be primarily remote, and it may initially be part-time. Fluency in English is a must. There is also an opportunity to become a company shareholder. 

Qualifications

• Experience in programmatic advertising, ad operations, and ad tech
• Familiarity with DSPs, DMPs,, SSPs, and programmatic platforms
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
