About the role

In this role, you would be part of a skilled and independent team creating cutting-edge solutions for industry-independent needs. You will be joining team of 8 developers that are located both in Tampere and Helsinki. We hope that you are an experinced developer with good skills in C# and .NET.

We are looking for

• Strong experience with C# and .NET technologies: Ideally, you have 4–5 years of hands-on experience with C# programming. Additional broad technical expertise is a definite plus.
• Professional experience in the tech industry: This role isn’t for someone just starting their career – we need someone who can navigate the demands of professional work life and manage their own tasks effectively.
• A team player who delivers results: Our team currently consists of eight skilled developers who are ready to provide support when needed. That said, we expect you to take initiative and contribute proactively.
• Diverse backgrounds welcome: If you’ve transitioned from C++ to C#, for example, we highly value this kind of varied expertise
• Good communication skills in English
• Bonus skills (not mandatory): Experience in LLM-based (Large Language Model) development is a significant advantage
