Architect and develop applications using C# and .NET frameworks, ensuring best practices and standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Provide technical mentorship and code reviews to ensure the team's adherence to quality standards. Oversee project lifecycles, including planning, development, testing, and deployment. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in software applications. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment. Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to recommend improvements and innovations. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture, processes, and codebases. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Experience in software development with a focus on C# and .NET technologies. Proven experience in a leadership role, managing development teams or projects. Expertise in frameworks such as ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and Web API. Strong understanding of front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks (Angular/React). Proficiency in database technologies such as SQL Server or Oracle. Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and DevOps practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Federal Experience is a plus. Required Security clearance.
