Job DescriptionJob Description Are you an experienced solution professional with a passion for impactful work? Our client, located at 12555 Manchester Road, Des Peres, MO, is seeking a Change Lead contractor. This role is remote and offers an hourly pay rate of $40 - $41. The contract will start around 05/16/25 and run until 12/31/25. Work hours are Central Time 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Duties: As a Change Lead, you will lead the change management and adoption plan strategies for critical change initiatives and system implementations, driving new and /or different business processes. Responsibilities: • Creating change plans inclusive of communication, learning engagement, and measurement • Stakeholders change impact assessment. Creation of communication as needed • Meeting with stakeholders and team members • Create and execute a change plan • Write, manage and support communication efforts for a variety of change initiatives as well as day-to-day communication needs • Work closely with project managers and deployment leads to ensure change activities across the organization are well harmonized and align with department strategies • Identify potential risks, points of resistance, gaps and develop corrective action plans • Develop, maintain and report on an overall integrated delivery / adoption plan related to critical change initiatives for the company • Develop communication materials, key messages and collaborate with subject matter experts on communication deliverables and continuous improvement ideas • Ensure messages are delivered to the right audience at the right time, using appropriate communication channels • Identifying and evangelizing reasons why we are changing and the benefits to be delivered from the planned change Required Skills: Communication Writing Change Management 5-10 Years Large-Scale Corrective Action Deployment Microsoft Suite Microsoft SharePoint Financial Institutional background Preferred: PMP or CCMP Education: Bachelor's Degree Possible Overtime Grow skills online at VisionCor Academy. https://visioncor.com/solutions/online-courses/ VisionCor is an equal opportunity employer Company DescriptionJoin us at VisionCor Solutions, a leading professional and consulting firm providing organization, leadership, technical, and learning solutions services.
