Overview GovCIO is currently hiring for a Change Manager to support HUD. Responsibilities - Develops, publishes, and implements test plans for complex, multi-tier, distributed, applications throughout the full lifecycle - Develops automated testing systems using commercial tools, scripts and data set. - Participates in all aspects of testing, including functional, regression, load and system testing - Assures the appropriate level of quality by the resolution of important defects by working with developers and/or engineers to ensure the software or hardware development process has an appropriate level of testing - Develops response strategies and processes for high-criticality and security vulnerability related bug notifications - Pro-actively investigates and finds potential security holes and attack vectors within both the existing and newly-developed code base Qualifications - Bachelor's with 0 - 2 years of change management experience (or commensurate experience) - Clearance Required: Ability to maintain a public trust clearance Company Overview GovCIO is a team of transformers--people who are passionate about transforming government IT.
