JOB SUMMARY
Plan, develop, test, and implement Cisco ACD/IVR (UCCE) solutions.
Identify and communicate business needs, translating them into technical system and functional specifications.
Design or integrate technical solutions for highly complex or critical business processes/systems across multiple business functions.
Collaborate as a project team member for large, high-complexity, enterprise-wide projects.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
5 years of experience in system solution development, testing, and implementation
Expertise in Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE), including ICM and Cisco Finesse
Certification in Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE)
Advanced SQL skills
Experience with eGain Analytics
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience with CRM integrations
Familiarity with Cyara Testing Tool
Knowledge of Verint Workforce Optimization Suite
Bachelor's Degree
