JOB SUMMARY
Design, develop, test, and implement Genesys Cloud CX and Cisco UCCE (ICM/CVP) solutions to enhance business operations.
Analyze business needs and translate them into detailed technical and functional specifications.
Architect, deploy, and optimize integrations using APIs and service integration tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end system implementation and operation.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance and reliability.
Participate in enterprise-wide projects of high complexity and critical importance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
5 years of experience in system solution development, testing, and implementation
Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) Certification
Advanced SQL skills
Experience with API integrations and service integration tools
