Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Remote CJA Analyst to ensure the optimal performance and functionality of Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) systems. This role combines technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative approach to provide 24x7 monitoring, troubleshooting, and cross-functional support. Key Responsibilities:
Monitoring & Troubleshooting:
Conduct 24x7 monitoring of the health and performance of CJA and AEP systems, ensuring adherence to defined service level agreements (SLAs).
Diagnose and resolve issues related to system errors, data discrepancies, and integration challenges.
Technical Support:
Provide guidance to development teams and business stakeholders, address queries, troubleshoot problems, and recommend best practices for system usage.
Incident Management:
Manage and resolve incidents effectively to minimize operational disruptions and business impact.
Documentation:
Maintain detailed documentation, including standard operating procedures, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
Collaboration:
Partner with marketing, data, and IT teams to ensure smooth system integration and resolution of issues.
Deployment Support & On-Call Rotation:
Assist with deployment activities, pre-deployment knowledge transfer, design document reviews, and completion of go-live checklists.
Be available for 24x7 on-call rotations to ensure system stability and provide continuous support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Experience: Hands-on experience with CJA and AEP systems, including system monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and explanation of technical concepts.
Collaboration: Ability to work with cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
Documentation: Excellent documentation skills to maintain detailed records and resources.
Flexibility: Willingness to work in a 24x7 on-call rotation to ensure continuous support coverage.
