We are currently searching for an English-speaking senior freelance Amazon Connect Expert.

• Start: ASAP / Within October
• Duration: Till the end of 2024
• Location: 100% Remote

Required skills:

• Minimum of 2 years experience working with Amazon Connect or similar cloud-based contact center solutions.
• Strong understanding of AWS services and architecture, particularly those relevant to Amazon Connect.
• Proficiency in AWS Lambda, API integration, and possibly knowledge of programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python).

Tasks include:

• Solution Design: Design and implement contact center solutions using Amazon Connect tailored to meet business needs.
• Configuration & Customization: Configure Amazon Connect instances, including routing profiles, contact flows, and user permissions.
• Integration: Integrate Amazon Connect with other AWS services (e.g., Lambda, DynamoDB) and third-party applications (CRM, Helpdesk tools).
• Training & Support: Provide training and support to team members and end-users on Amazon Connect functionalities and best practices.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Track project performance and report progress to leadership
