We are seeking a smart, driven and talented Cloud Engineer to help us maintain our leadership position in our cloud operations.
The Cloud Engineer will work in our Cloud team and report to the Director of Cloud Operations. They will be responsible for ensuring the security, performance, deployment, and scalability of iGrafx’s solutions.

Responsibilities
Improve service architecture, deployment resiliency and cloud technologies.
Work with the team to improve creating, managing and deploying resources as needed.
Review and improve logging alerts and observability in our cloud operations for performance and security as well as for observability into changes to cloud customers.
Improve cross-product features, and platform tools
Create and improve next generation SaaS technologies.
Ensure cloud operations stays compliant with internal and company policies.
Manage and respond to incidents and issues related to cloud infrastructure.
Must-Have Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Azure services, including Azure Monitor, Security Center, Sentinel, Key Vault, Azure Functions, and Blob Storage.
Experience in creating, managing and securing docker deployments and images
Expertise in Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration.
Proficiency with Terraform and Helm for infrastructure provisioning.
Strong scripting skills in Bash, PowerShell, or similar.
Solid understanding of networking (VNets, Load Balancers, Firewalls, Traffic Managers).
Experience with microservice architecture and server-side technologies (e.g., Java, Node.js, .NET).
Strong experience with Keycloak and OAuth2-based authentication systems.
Comfortable writing production-level code and contributing to core services as needed (e.g., in Java, Node.js, or .NET).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Azure Log Insights.
Knowledge of multiple cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) is a strong plus.
Experience working in highly regulated environments with compliance requirements.
