Proven experience with installation, configuration, and maintenance of Infor Cloverleaf modules and components, including Cloverleaf Integration Services (CIS) Platform, Cloverleaf Data Integrator, Cloverleaf Global Monitor, Cloverleaf IHE Module, Cloverleaf Security Module, and Cloverleaf Web Services Adapter. Proficiency in scripting and coding in multiple languages such as C++, HTML, Java, SQL, Tool Command Language (TCL), and XML/XSLT. Hands-on experience with cloud service providers, specifically Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, C-CDA, and Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (IHE) protocols including PDQ, XDS, XDR, and XCA. Ability to test and troubleshoot network issues, including identifying and resolving problems with firewalls and load balancers. Skilled in ensuring secure data transmission across healthcare systems and maintaining data privacy standards in line with compliance requirements.
