Your role is driving the company’s core technologies and leading the team to bring projects from zero to one. You will be a key shaper of the company’s vision and a decision-maker in its journey. Your Responsibilities Lead Game Development – Oversee the programming team, design the game's architecture, and code key systems. Ensure Cross-Platform Scalability – Optimize games for PC, mobile, and Mini Programs for a consistent user experience. Develop Networking Systems – Understanding network synchronization, real-time communication, and cloud deployment solutions (e.g., AWS/GCP) for multiplayer features. Rapid Iteration – Respond quickly to challenges and demands in a startup environment, driving fast product iterations. Establish Workflows – Design and optimize development pipelines for a smooth and scalable process. Collaborate with Creative Teams – Work with designers and artists to bring the vision to life. What We’re Looking For Passion for Games and Craftsmanship: A deep love for gaming, with a strong creative drive and the ability to quickly turn ideas into reality. Holds high standards of craftsmanship, valuing your time by focusing on creating meaningful work of the highest quality. Entrepreneurial Spirit: Understands what it takes to build a startup and is fully prepared to dive in. 5+ years of experience in game development, including roles as Lead Programmer or Tech Lead, with a proven track record in setting technical roadmaps and making architecture decisions. Experience with custom engine development or modifying Unreal/Unity core systems. Strong programming skills (C++, C#, etc.) and experience with game server architecture, networking systems, and cloud deployment. Ability to work effectively in a startup environment, handling rapid iterations and adapting to new challenges. Proficiency in English for communication with international teams. Bonus Points Experience with international project development or game publishing, with an understanding of global player needs and markets. Introduce innovative applications of AI and Web3 technologies to enhance game interactivity and market competitiveness. Proficiency in UI animation or 2D/3D animation development, with a blend of technical and artistic skills.
