Co-Founder, Tulsa Market (Part-Time Role) Company Overview: Bobcat Boxes rents recyclable, reusable moving bins to people moving, folks with storage needs or anyone else that might need boxes. We deliver and pick them up when customers are done with their move. We strive to do this one thing exceptionally well, with a simple service model for customers. The company was started to combat the insane amounts of cardboard generated during moves as well as in our everyday lives. Also, cardboard boxes are really expensive and we are able to save our customers money. Either way, we keep cardboard out of landfills and we are proud of that! Position Overview: Bobcat Boxes is seeking a highly motivated, operations minded individual to take on the role of Co-Founder, Tulsa market. This is a co-founder position with equity compensation in addition to market profits. We need an operations-minded individual who is comfortable working through challenges on their own, and is equally excited to bring creativity and ideas to the broader team. You will be responsible for driving sales, overseeing delivery and pickup logistics, and executing local marketing strategies, including managing social media engagement. This role reports directly to the CEO who is available for as much support as you need to be successful in your market. We want to hire someone who is a thinker and can bring their ideas to the business. Your mission: own the market, grow revenue, and ensure seamless customer service from start to finish. Compensation This is a Co-Founder role and provides equity in addition to regular compensation to align for long term success. Compensation is commission-based and includes a generous split based on a percentage of profits from your market. Compensation follows a sliding scale to incentivize box rentals, but you could earn between 10 and 50 thousand dollars your first year. Key Responsibilities: Market Operations & Ownership: Act as a Founder of your area, responsible for sales growth, customer satisfaction, and overall operational success. Identify new business opportunities through collaboration with the CEO, networking, and proactive lead generation. Manage customer relationships from initial contact through box delivery and pick up, ensuring a great customer experience and one likely to result in word of mouth. Operational Oversight (Delivery & Pickup Services): Oversee local delivery and pickup operations for our reusable moving boxes, ensuring efficient execution and on-time service. Coordinate delivery schedules, manage logistics, and address service-related issues promptly. Ensure you have enough box inventory. Marketing & Social Media Engagement: Manage social media accounts for your market, creating engaging content that highlights our services, customer stories, and company updates. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the logistics, delivery, or transportation industry. Sales and Marketing experience.
