The Role:
This ever-evolving sector provides an exciting platform for a creative marketer to push the envelope with strategy, campaign management & content.
Create and execute a comprehensive internal communications
Produce compelling written and visual content for various communication channels
Proactively seek and gather compelling narratives from retirement villages, events, and residents
Oversee and maintain internal communication platforms
Contribute to the wider strategy through broad stakeholder management
Actively engage in the industry through a genuine industry interest and staying in the loop with current trends in the market
The Candidate:
Degree in Communications, PR, Marketing or related field
3 years' experience in Communications - preferably in a corporate environment
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Knowledge of internal communication measurement techniques
Well-developed stakeholder skills
A genuine curiosity and desire to learn
