Position: Community Engagement App Developer Northwest Talent Solutions LLC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Community Engagement App Developer to join our team. This is a full-time, contract role remote role forecasted to last 2 months. As a Community Engagement App Developer, you will be responsible for building our building our community engagement platform using a networking app recently purchased by Northwest Talent Solutions. This app will serve as a platform for our clients to connect and engage with their communities and will be a key tool in helping them build and maintain strong relationships. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop a user-friendly and visually appealing community engagement app Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement features Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in community engagement Continuously improve and optimize our community engagement app in preparation for a January 1,2025 launch Work with the app maker's support team to build out our platform to our preferred specifications Stay organized and maintain documentation for all app development processes and updates Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in app development, preferably in community engagement Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Swift, and HTML5 Experience with app development tools such as Xcode and Android Studio Strong understanding of mobile app design principles and user experience Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills Passion for creating innovative and user-friendly apps Experience with social media marketing principles At Northwest Talent Solutions LLC, we value diversity and strive to create an inclusive and welcoming work environment for all employees.
