Build a self-sustaining fan community, encouraging user-generated content and peer-to-peer interactions. Create segmented channels or communication mechanisms for different user groups (fans, creators, developers, investors). Act as a communication bridge between the community and project teams (product, technical, marketing), conveying the voice of the community. Reward community contributions within the community using methods such as airdrops, point systems, and other incentives, in line with the marketing strategy, to encourage token holders to actively participate in the project . Establish partnerships with core Web3 communities and develop a clear partnership framework, detailing resource sharing, event support, and mutual incentive policies. Utilize analytics tools to continuously optimize community engagement strategies based on user feedback and interaction data. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, with 1-3 years of experience in community operations or social media management. Experience with Web3 or blockchain projects is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, capable of effectively conveying project information. Possess a certain level of creativity and editing skills, able to independently write or assist in producing related copy, images, and video materials. Demonstrate excellent organizational and coordination abilities, capable of operating efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamically changing work environment.
